1. Payment Policies
A Debit/Credit card is required to be on file at all times. Payments can be made through the websitehttps://Fun4KidZ.us by credit or debit card. First month's tuition plus an annual family membership of $50 will be collected on the enrollment date. Annual membership will be renewed at the beginning of each new school year. Tuition will be automatically collected on the 25th of each month for the following month. If you need a change to your child's enrollment, you will need to let us know, BEFORE tuition is charged on the 25th. If you are joining mid month, the cost will be prorated to reflect the number of weeks remaining.
The cost for the after-school program is:
- $460.00 per month/$115 per week (with ONE Gymnastic Class per week) or
- $540.00 per month/$135 per week (with TWO Gymnastic Class per week)
For your convenience you can pay by phone/or swiping the card using MPOS (Mobile Payment Transaction), through Zelle at info@fun4kidz.us or Fun4KidZ2025@gmail.com, or we will send you an invoice.
If payment is not received or your account has a delinquent balance at any given time, there will be an additional $35.00 late fee charged to the account until the balance has been paid in full. If payment is not received after two consecutive days, your child will not be picked up by the Fun4KidZ After-School staff or permitted to attend the after-school program for the remaining of that week, or until payment is received. We reserve the right to drop students from the after school program for accounts that are delinquent. Once full payment is made, the student may be re-enrolled in a class.
2. Supervision / Discipline
Our goal is to make Fun4KidZ After-School Program a fun and safe learning environment for everyone. We strive to teach our children self-discipline and self-respect. We operate a three strike policy for behavior that is unsafe. This includes but is not limited to:
- Fighting
- Disrespecting staff and/or students
- Using equipment inappropriately
- Property damage
- Bad language
- Disobeying instructors
CONSEQUENCES
- 1ST OFFENSE: a verbal warning is given and will be documented.
- 2ND OFFENSE: time out from activities and will be documented.
- 3RD OFFENSE: time out from activities, written documentation and/or parent contact. Will also be documented.
Repeated offenses: After 3 offenses have been documented there will be a parent meeting requested and dismissal from our program is possible. If behavior is severe, regardless of the offense, the parent or guardian will be contacted immediately. Dismissal of a child from the program will occur at any time that a child's behavior is determined to be detrimental to his or her own well-being or to the well-being of others in the program.
BULLY FREE ZONE: We at Fun4KidZ After-School Program maintain a "BULLY FREE ZONE" in accordance to these rules above.
3. Personal Belongings
Fun4KidZ After-School Program and Revolution Gymnastics Center staff members will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. Please leave all valuables at home (including electronics) outside of what may be needed for homework. We will keep found items for two weeks. If your belongings are left after this time they will be donated.
4. Absences/Makeups
- If your child is going to be absent please let us know at your earliest convenience. We do not offer prorated fees or makeups for missed days, however if a child misses their gymnastics class, we will either arrange another class during the week or issue a makeup token for them to use at a future time.
5. Holiday/Closures
- Fun4KidZ After-School Program follows the Beaufort County school calendar and is closed the following holidays. Fees during these closures will be prorated accordingly. Revolution Gymnastics may offer Schools Out HOLIDAY Camps during Christmas and Spring Breaks. Priority booking will be given to Fun4Kids members.
- September 1st - Labor Day
- November 26 - 28 - Thanksgiving
- December 22- January 6 - Christmas
- April 13-17 Spring Break
- May 25 Memorial Day
6.Early Dismissal Days
- We provide care during school half days at no extra charge. We will pick up at the earlier dismissal time and stay open until 6PM.
- October 8th
- February 12th
- March 20th
7. School days off
When schools are closed but it is not a major holiday, Revolution Gymnastics offers Schools Out Day Camps for an additional fee. The costs takes into consideration the 3 hours you have already paid for after school care on those days. If you choose not to take advantage of the day camp we will still be operating from 3pm-6pm and you are welcome to drop your child off at no additional cost. They will still get to take advantage of open gym and some fun activities. We will simply NOT be providing transport on those days. 9:00 AM – 3:00PM $25 (regularly $60) or 9:00AM-6:00 PM $40 (regularly $75)

The after-school program is closed when schools are closed for inclement weather. The center will not operate when school closes at the end of the regular day because of hazardous weather. If weather conditions become hazardous between 2:45pm and 6:00pm on a regular school day, parents should pick up their children as soon as possible. There is no discount or proration for inclement weather days.
9. Dismissal and late pick-up
- Pick up is in the rear of the building - the after school club has its own entrance which will be signposted. Our designated pickup time is 5:45-6:00. If you will be picking up earlier than this please let us know so that we can be prepared and have the child ready.
- A child will only be released to a parent, guardian or pre designated person to pick up which will be noted on the child’s enrollment application. It is the responsibility of the parent to inform Fun4KidZ After School Care of any alternative pick-up arrangement. The parents must notify the front desk if there is a change in who will be picking up their child.
- Anyone who is picking up without an Fun4KidZ After School Care car tag will need to provide a photo ID. One car tag will be provided to you upon registration and additional car tags are available for purchase.
- Children will not be released to the front of the gym through the main lobbies as classes will be going on.
- Parents are not allowed on the gym floor at any time.
- Our center closes at 6:00 PM. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 6:10 PM, a late fee of $15 plus $1 per minute will be charged until your child is picked up. These fees are payable directly to the staff member on duty at pick-up.
- We understand emergencies happen and will allow one waived late fee per family per school year. Chronic lateness (3 or more times per month) may result in increased late fees or termination of care.
10. Photos/ Video Release Agreement
- Pictures/Videos of your child might occasionally be taken by staff to be used for advertising and training purposes for Fun4KidZ After School Care at the Revolution Gymnastic Center.
- I understand that my son or daughter may be included in video tape or photography taken during after school hours. I hereby grant Fun4KidZ After School Care, it successors, assignees, sponsors, and all other commercial exhibitors the exclusive right to photograph and/or videotape my son or daughter and further to utilize my son or daughters name and face as part of advertising and promotion of Fun4KidZ After School Care without reservation. In granting this, I understand that Fun4KidZ After School Care is under no obligation to exercise any of its rights and privileges hereby granted.
11. Health Policy
We provide care during school half days at no extra charge. We will pick up at the earlier dismissal time and stay open until 6PM.
Please let us know if your child has any allergies. We do provide a snack during their time with us. We cannot guarantee a nut free facility however we will accommodate allergies where possible. You may wish to pack a special snack in these cases that is clearly labeled with your child’s name.
Gymnastic classes
Gymnastics Classes: Please note that Revolution Gymnastics carries it’s own policies with regards to procedures and class management. This may include changes to instructors, class levels, day of class, etc. Fun4KidZ After School Care and Revolution Gymnastics reserves the right to move kids to a different class as needed. Appropriate attire is required for all kids attending class. Please make sure that appropriate clothes are packed for the day. For your convenience we are also happy to store a change of clothes at the gym. We recommend leotards for girls and teeshirt and shorts for boys. Shoes are not permitted in the gym area. Jewelry is not permitted to be worn during class and will need to be removed (stud earrings are okay).
Assumption of Risk
In consideration of the permission granted my child(ren) to participate in any Physical Education activity, Gymnastics sports activity, class, after school activity, including non-gymnastics activities and playground activities (hereinafter referred to as the "Activity"), I, the parent or legal guardian of the above-named child(ren), make the following representations: I understand the nature of the Activity that my child(ren) will participate in, and I represent that, to the best of my knowledge, my child(ren) is qualified, in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate in the Activity. I further represent and acknowledge that, should I ever believe that any of the above representations become untrue, or if I should ever believe that the Activity is not safe or is no longer safe for my child(ren), that it will be my responsibility to immediately discontinue my child(ren)'s participation in the Activity. I understand that the Activity involves risks of serious bodily injury, including permanent disability, paralysis, and death, which may be caused by my child(ren)'s actions or inactions, those of others participating in the Activity, the conditions in which the Activity takes place, or the negligence of the "releases" named below. I further understand that there may be other risks either not known to me or not readily foreseeable at this time, and I fully accept and assume all such risks and all responsibility for losses, cost, and damages that I may incur as a result of my child(ren)'s participation in the Activity.
Release of Liability
I acknowledge, understand, appreciate and agree that my participation may result in possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases, including, but not limited to, MRSA, Influenza, and COVID-19. While particular rules and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the releases or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation and exposure. I hereby give my approval of and consent to my child(ren)'s participation in the Activity. I assume all risks and hazards incidental to the Activity and to transportation to and from the Activity. I hereby release, acquit, covenant not to sue, and forever discharge, and agree to indemnify and save harmless Fun4KidZ After School Program its owners, officers, administrators, employees, agents, volunteers, sponsors, advertisers, coaches and supervisors, and the owners or lessors of any facilities within which the Activity is conducted, their agents and employees, and all other persons providing facilities or assisting in the conduct of the Activity and in the transportation of participants to and from the Activity, of and from any and all actions, causes of action, claims, or demands, of whatever name or nature arising out of injuries to or death of the above named child(ren) as a result of the Activity and the transportation of the above named child(ren) thereto and there from.

Rec Medical Release
I understand that Fun4KidZ After School Care will make every effort to make a parent aware if their child gets hurt, and that if a parent is not reachable, an emergency contact will be informed. I hereby give my consent for (1) the administration to my child of any treatment deemed necessary by any licensed physician or dentist; and (2) the transfer of my child to any hospital that is reasonably accessible. Any student that is injured in or out of the gym with injuries that consist of sprains, fractures, breaks, or injuries that require surgery and recovery must provide documentation from a licensed physician stating that they have been fully cleared and are able to resume all activities without any restrictions. I agree to not send my child to class if they have any of the following symptoms: fever, coughing, sneezing, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, shortness of breath, rash, excessive sores, nits or lice. You must be symptom free for 24 hours before returning to Fun4KidZ After School. Your child should be not and lice free in order to do class. If your child is sent to the gym with any of the symptoms listed above a parent will be called and they will be asked to pick up the child as soon as possible.
Any activity which involves height and/ or motion can cause injury. All instructors and staff members take every precaution to ensure the safety of each student. While safety is our number one priority, students may suffer injury, possibly minor, serious, or catastrophic in nature. With this in mind and being fully aware of the risks and possibility of injury involved, I consent to have my child/children participate in the programs offered by Fun4Kids After School Care and Revolution Gymnastic Center. In the unlikely event of injury, I waive and release all claims and liability I or my child may have against Fun4Kids After School Care and Revolution Gymnastic Center, it’s staff, and owners of the businesses.
